4 portioner
600 gram morötter 
1 gul lök
2 msk riven ingefära
1 dl röda linser
1 msk olja
saft från 2 apelsiner
8-10 dl grönsaksbuljong
2 dl creme fraiche
salt och peppar
lite sambal oelek, rostade pumpafrön, ruccola

- skala och skär morötterna i mindre bitar
 - hacka löken och riv ingefäran
 - fräs lök, morötter, ingefära i oljan
 - tillsätt grönsaksbuljongen, röda linser och 
 - koka 15-20 minuter till morötterna är mjuka
 - mixa soppan och tillsätt sedan crème fraîche 
 - smaka av med salt, peppar och sambal oelek

Servera med rostade pumpafrön och ruccola
